Part-time job! Personal assistant for a 19-year-old girl in Danderyd

Tilda is 19 years old and lives with her family in Danderyd, close to Mörby Centrum (subway and buses), Djursholms Ösby (Roslagsbanan). The family consists of mom, dad, big sister, and big brother.

Tilda has autistic traits and motor difficulties. She needs support when walking and uses alternative communication to interact with her surroundings.

On weekdays, Tilda attends high school where she really enjoys herself and has a large part of her social circle. In her free time, Tilda likes to go on outings to Gröna Lund, the cinema, museums, etc., as well as shopping in stores.

The work involves being Tilda's support and extended arm, mainly at home. You help her with tasks she cannot manage on her own, which also serves as training for Tilda. For example, eating, communication, mobility, hygiene, etc.

During Tilda's waking hours, you work together with another assistant, so-called double assistance.

We are now seeking additional personal assistants for part-time positions. Something that could suit you if you are a student, for example.

NOTE! Tilda only wants female applicants.

Currently, we are primarily looking for those who want to work evening shifts, weekends, and night shifts (awake nights). We will individually agree on the scope and working hours to suit both you and Tilda.

To thrive with Tilda, you enjoy working in a group with others but also independently. You will mostly work in Tilda's home in close contact with her family, so your social side is important. You are responsible both in your interactions with others and in terms of work ethic, such as keeping to times and work schedules.

Team Tilda Assistans AB holds a permit from IVO (formerly the National Board of Health and Welfare) to operate under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We have an employer agreement with Fremia, and with your employment, you will receive insurance and salary according to the current collective agreement.
