Manager for Residential Care Facility

Norrbehandling is seeking a manager for our residential care facility in Karungi.

As the manager, you have the overall responsibility for the operation, quality, and development of the facility. The role involves both operational and strategic leadership responsibilities.

The job duties include, among others:

• overall responsibility for the quality and structure of the facility
• personnel responsibility, supervision, and work environment
• responsibility for ensuring the facility operates according to applicable legislation, permits, and IVO's regulations
• collaboration with social services, clients, and other authorities
• monitoring, documentation, and quality work

The position can be structured in two ways:

• on-site presence every other week, or
• full-time with a fixed placement at the treatment facility

The arrangement will be discussed in dialogue with the right candidate.
