We are now looking for a sales project manager for our office in Huddinge Centrum - only 16 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm City!
About Us
LM Inredning has a long history in the exhibition industry. With over 30 years of experience, we design, project manage, and produce exhibition stands for assignments in Sweden and Europe. Stand production accounts for the largest part of our projects, but our business is growing and moving towards other forums where there is a need for display solutions such as events, launches, and/or occasions.
Our deliveries occur across all industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, plumbing, and more. We do not focus on any specific industry and work with the goal of delivering high service and long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers.
The head office is located in Huddinge Centrum with project managers and designers. In Huddinge, one of two production facilities is near the office, as well as Nässjö in Småland.
About the Position
A salesperson at LM Inredning works from pre-sales to final delivery. You actively work with new customers, book meetings, and create 3D sketches with the help of a designer. After that, administrative work involves calculating and compiling quotes for the customer. The role is versatile, involving simpler operational tasks, administrative and creative thinking. The focus is on building your own customer portfolio.
You work with the customer all the way from idea and sketch to completion and follow-up. We are a small company and help and support each other in the various processes.
Your Role
The person we are looking for must enjoy sales and project management. We work with both telephone processing and customer visits. The work requires self-motivation and a willingness to make deals. You should be a driven, sales-oriented person who thrives on working towards set goals. You should function well in both independent work and in a group. Good structure, attention to detail, and service are important qualities for the position.
Fluency in Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, as well as proficiency in English.
The work tasks consist of:
· Actively process new customers using the telephone as a tool
· Create customer briefs for designers based on customer wishes
· Calculation and quote management
· Ongoing work in LIME CRM (previous experience is advantageous)
· Overall responsibility for the project and driving various steps in production preparation and orders
· Collaborate closely with our partners and internal teams to continuously drive the process from idea to completion
