Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Workshop Manager

Hughes Power System is a Swedish manufacturer of the new generation of electrical high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers for mass transit and power grids. We are seeking a production manager.

Who we are looking for:

• Knowledge and experience as a production manager for mechanical systems

• Full planning and monitoring of production and deliveries

• Good conversational and written skills in English

• Ability to understand and interpret product requirements and standards

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in work

Job duties:

- collaboration with the CEO, mechanical and electrical engineering departments, and production departments for planning and product development;

- planning of the assembly team's daily work, daily monitoring;

- reporting of progress to the CEO;
