With us, taste, pace, energy, and atmosphere are interconnected, from the kitchen to the dining room and bar. Beverages are a natural and crucial part of the whole. Now we are strengthening our team and seeking an experienced bartender who wants to contribute to the quality in every detail.

About the role

As a bartender with us, you are a central part of the overall experience. You work practically at the bar, combining craftsmanship with active and professional service in both the bar and dining room.

You are responsible for ensuring that the beverage experience maintains the same level as the kitchen, from classic cocktails with precision to thoughtful beverage recommendations that complement our dishes.

The pace is high, team spirit is strong, and quality is always in focus.

Working hours are scheduled and vary between day, evening, and weekend.

Job duties

• Preparing and making cocktails, as well as handling beer, wine, and other beverages with precision and pace

• Working with classic techniques in modern service

• Ensuring balance, presentation, and quality in every serving

• Recommending and matching beverages to our dishes

• Working actively in service with orders and guest interaction

• Keeping the bar organized, efficient, and presentable

• Collaborating closely with other team members for a smooth flow between kitchen, bar, and dining room

Qualifications

Requirements

• Documented bartender education

• At least four (4) years of experience in bartender work combined with restaurant service

• Solid knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

• Experience with à la carte service at a high pace

• Experience with beverage pairing

• Fluent Swedish and very good English

Meritorious

• In-depth knowledge of international beverage culture

• Experience in developing beverage offerings or bar structure

• Experience working in a concept-driven restaurant

• Sommelier education or other advanced beverage training
