We are seeking a Kitchen Manager for Brunchoteket in Lund
We are now looking for an engaged and driven kitchen manager.
You who apply for the position do not need to have worked as a kitchen manager before, but you have had similar areas of responsibility or several years of experience as a chef. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and orderly, with a good understanding of the importance of following agreed-upon routines and work methods.
You have a strong commitment to development and improvement and the ability to bring your team along in that process. You are a clear, fair, and inspiring leader who enjoys working closely with people.
As a kitchen manager, you have the overall responsibility for leading and developing the kitchen towards common goals. You are responsible for operations and finances as well as leading, assigning, and following up on daily work in line with the company's established goals and guidelines.
Your main duties will be:
- Leading, assigning, and following up on daily work in the kitchen
- Creating a good team spirit and a pleasant, safe work environment
- Daily personnel responsibilities including planning, implementation, and follow-up
- Ensuring that food quality maintains a high and consistent level
- Financial responsibility for budget, purchasing, and inventory
- Being responsible for having necessary documentation in place according to company guidelines
- Following company policies and routines and ensuring compliance
- Collaborating closely and positively with the serving staff
