Part-Time Job with Fixed Salary + Commission – Salesperson for 3 in Malmö

Vinto is seeking driven part-time salespeople who want to work with telephone sales for the mobile operator 3. The role is suitable for you who are studying and want to work structured hours in the evenings and weekends in a performance-oriented environment.

About the role

You work with outbound sales via telephone where you contact both new and existing customers.

Your focus is to understand the customer's needs and present the right solution.

You receive training from the start and continuous coaching. We work with clear goals and follow-up – and you get ongoing feedback on your development.

Working hours

20 hours per week:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 16:30–20:30

Saturday and Sunday 11:00–15:00

A fixed schedule that works well together with studies.

Salary

Fixed salary 5,000 SEK/month + commission.

You have a secure base and the opportunity to influence your income through performance.
