Atlas Service Services is a fast-growing moving and cleaning company with a strong focus on customer experience. We assist both private individuals and businesses across Sweden with professional moving services and cleaning.
About the Role
As a salesperson with us, you will be responsible for handling warm customers who have already shown interest in our services. You will contact them via phone and email, provide advice, and ensure that each customer receives a personalized and service-oriented experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with warm customers
- Send messages and quotes
- Handle incoming emails and inquiries
- Build long-term customer relationships
Who You Are
You are a person who enjoys working towards clear goals and is motivated by achieving results. You have a natural aptitude for communication and building trust, and you are passionate about delivering first-class service. Taking initiative and working independently are things you feel comfortable with.
We Are Looking for You Who
- Have experience in sales and customer contact, preferably within the moving industry.
- Are both a team player and self-sufficient in your work.
- Find it easy to connect with people.
- Are positive and solution-oriented.
- Proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
