Part-time Receptionist 50% ! Are you a student studying 100% remotely?

The position will start as needed and then transition to 50% where you work 4 hours each day Monday-Friday.

Västerort Trafikskola is centrally located in Vällingby just a stone's throw from the city. We now need to complement with an additional part-time/as-needed receptionist.

We want a cheerful and service-oriented person who can juggle many tasks simultaneously and know what to prioritize. The students should be the focus, and they should always be satisfied in the end; this is our goal. You must be able to handle stress and still be pleasant and deliver at a high level. You must be loyal and meticulous in your work.

The duties consist of typical receptionist tasks, such as answering phones and emails, booking and canceling students for driving lessons, booking Risk One and Risk Two, coordinating various activities, etc. Receive new students at the office, register them, and also guide them so they get help. Some light cleaning tasks may be included.

IMPORTANT NOTE! We are only targeting students who study remotely 100% and preferably those studying for at least 1 year ahead, ideally 2-3 years.

We value having the right personality and qualities more than previous experience in the profession.

We train you internally and ensure you are ready for your assignment.
