Job Description:

As a Service Technician with us, you will work alternatingly in our workshop/office in Malmö and on-site with our customers. In the workshop, you work with tasks such as assembly of copiers, installations, repairs, and troubleshooting, and you also handle support here. On-site with our customers, you are responsible for tasks such as installations, service, support, and basic information/training on how our machines work. Your workplace is primarily Malmö and the surrounding area, but we want to emphasize that it is common to have customer assignments throughout Skåne and sometimes in the rest of Sweden. We will provide ongoing internal training. The work mainly consists of repair and troubleshooting as well as installations of office machines at customer sites. This position requires a Class B driver's license. We apply a six-month probationary employment period.

For this position, no specific education is required; rather, the right personal qualities. You have strong social skills, are practical, solution-focused with excellent customer interaction. You as a person are service-oriented, flexible, outgoing, and have good organizational skills.

You know a bit about IT and have a basic understanding of networks. You have logical thinking, which makes you a technical problem solver.

We would like you to have an interest in developing together with us and we with you. By that, we mean that you are passionate about both your own and the company's development. That your work ethic is high, we see as natural. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since our systems are database-based, we see that you are technically inclined with good IT skills.
