Installation Supervisor/Work Supervisor Welding/Structural Steelwork

We have broad professional expertise in sheet metal processing and machining. Our focus is on small-batch production such as prototypes and smaller series sizes. We work with the commonly occurring steel grades, stainless steel, and aluminum.

We are currently certified in ISO9001, ISO 3834-2, and EN ISO 1090-1

which means that those who weld have welding licenses.

Experience in welding with various types of materials, primarily black material. To have at least 5 years of "Welding experience" where welding/problem-solving is part of your work. The position should be a leader in their role. Many customer contacts as you are the company's face on-site. General about the company:

Job Description: Work supervisor for on-site jobs and sometimes participate in installation (welding). Here, the job can be somewhat adapted to your experience.

Main Focus: Repair/structural steelwork / (manufacturing details)

Based on drawing documentation and instructions, and own problem-solving, independently lead personnel in the execution of repairs / welding

Structural Steelwork: From simple railings to building steel frames with walls and roofing sheets, etc.

Workshop: Manufacture components with a focus on sheet metal processing.

Your Qualifications:

Experience in welding with various types of materials, primarily black material. To have at least 3 years of "On-site Job experience" where welding/problem-solving AND work supervision are a main part of your work.

If you have a welding license in any area, it is a plus.

We place great importance on your personal qualities as we work under significant own responsibility.

Experience in participating in costing/quotation work is meritorious.

Normally, work is performed in our local area, so there are no overnight stays.
