Construction Project Manager / Contractor Manager – Gothenburg

DCS total construction & ground service AB is seeking a driven and business-oriented construction project manager with responsibility for contracts in Gothenburg. Do you want to take overall responsibility for projects – from customer contact and quotation to completion? Then this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for customer contact and building long-term relationships

· Cost estimation and quotation preparation

· Plan, coordinate and lead projects

· Budget and result responsibility

· Result follow-up and ensuring quality, time and economy

· Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

· Experience from the construction industry

· Experience with project management or work supervision

· Self-driven, structured and solution-oriented

· Class B driver's license

· Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

· Construction technical education

· Experience with contract law (AB/ABT)

· Previous budget or result responsibility

· Experience with procurement

· Network in the Gothenburg area

Competencies:

· Project management, experience

· Cost estimation, construction

· Budget responsibility

· Quotation preparation

· Result follow-up

Education:

· Post-secondary education, two years or longer

· Focus: Construction and civil engineering / Construction project management
