I am a man in my best years (50+) now seeking a personal assistant for a long-term and secure working relationship.

I am looking for someone with experience working with people and who has good social skills. Personal suitability and the right attitude are most important. I appreciate humor and a positive outlook on life.

About me

I have a great interest in sports and music and enjoy getting out for activities—perhaps you could join me at a handball match? I also like driving and have my own car, so a driver's license is advantageous.

Good food is appreciated, and if you enjoy cooking, that is a big plus. I also love pastries of all kinds—but since I have diabetes and take insulin in tablet form, you need to be able to help me, with a twinkle in the eye, resist overly strong temptations.

After a major stroke, communication is a challenge for me. Therefore, you need to be calm, clear, and have patience to understand me and my way of communicating.

I use a wheelchair and feel safest in it, but can stand with some support. I need help with all physical tasks in daily life, except when I use my iPad. At home, I also have an exercise bike that I gladly use to stay active. You will also be responsible for ensuring I receive my medications as prescribed.

I also have a small, friendly dog who is a natural part of my daily life, so it is important that you like animals.

About the position

• Working hours: 24-hour shifts with on-call sleeping, day and evening shifts
• You need to be able to speak and write Swedish
