Right now we are looking for a support educator for our newly built and pleasant group home in Norrtälje

We are starting our new fine group home which has six places in September 2026. The operation is located in Kvisthamra near our other group home on Tropikvägen.

The group home is a single-story house consisting of 6 apartments, common areas, and a staff section. You and our support assistants together with the operations manager form a Dream-team that together starts the operation to create a safe and developing environment for the residents.

The position is 75–80% and the work shifts include service during day, evening, weekend, and so-called "sleeping" on-call duty at night.

In the role as support educator, you are part of the care team and are responsible for planning, implementing, and coaching employees in the operation's methods and working approaches. The assignment includes supporting colleagues with a focus on increasing the residents' independence. You will be part of the company's network Method & working approaches.

We want you to be a trained support educator and have several years of experience working within LSS.

You should be able to express yourself well in speech and writing and experience with documentation is a requirement. We want you to have experience with AAC, clarifying pedagogy, and low-arousal approaches.

A good ability to collaborate and a relationship-building attitude are important qualities in a support educator as well as a respectful and calm approach.

Since we have access to an operations vehicle, a driver's license is a requirement!
