We are now seeking a cheerful, committed, and positive assistant on an hourly substitute employment basis for our female client in Vadstena. The assignment involves participating in various activities, personal care, and assistance with daily household chores.

We are looking for someone with a positive approach, who is alert, proactive, and attentive. Naturally, we expect you to be professional in your work, humble, and have a large portion of empathy. That you can see what needs to be done and are unafraid. That you are flexible and can step in extra when needed.

Patience, flexibility, and honesty are incredibly important parameters for us.

The woman seeking an assistant is cheerful and social, over 65 years old, who uses a wheelchair following a stroke. Work tasks included in the assignment and that the woman needs support and help with include personal hygiene, assistance with cooking, mobility, and exercise.

Working hours are daytime from 08:30 to 19:30, distributed across all days of the week. Work is always done with double staffing.

We prefer that applicants are comfortable with the Swedish language in speech and writing.
