Engaged coordinator sought for SMIL – temporary position in personal assistance

SMIL is now seeking a driven and attentive temporary worker for a 6‑month temporary position starting in April and continuing until September 30. With us, you will be an important part of ensuring safe and quality personal assistance for our members and those entitled to assistance.

About the position

In this role, you will primarily work with support for our assistance recipients on matters related to personal assistance. This involves contact with both assistants, relatives, and authorities as well as coordination of various aspects of assistance assignments.

You will work with, among other things:

Support and advice on issues linked to personal assistance

Coordination and work supervision in assistance assignments

Personnel administrative tasks

Communication and follow-up with our members

Contributing to safe, professional, and quality-assured assistance

The position is 100 % and involves varied and meaningful work in close collaboration with an engaged team.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have:

Experience in personal assistance, preferably both practical and administrative

Knowledge in work supervision, coordination, and/or personnel administration

Ability to build good relationships and communicate clearly

A structured, solution-focused, and empathetic work style

You have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute to ensuring that our assistance recipients receive the security and quality they are entitled to.

Employment conditions

Temporary position: April – September 30

Scope: 100 %

Salary: 33,000 – 35,000 SEK, depending on experience
