Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant to a father of young children (50-100%) I am the direct employer of my personal assistants and am now seeking a new team member. I am in my 40s and paralyzed from the chest down following an accident several years ago. I am a civil engineer and work in Lund, but live with my partner and our children in southwestern Malmö. In my free time, I prefer to spend time with family, sports, fishing, gardening, and cultivation. The work involves assisting me in my daily life with everything I cannot manage on my own. Since I have young children, household tasks constitute a significant part of the duties. Since the work involves such close proximity to me and my family, it is of utmost importance that the applicant is attentive, shows respect, and integrates naturally as part of our family. Additional important qualities in the applicant include flexibility, efficiency, reliability, and a positive attitude. Furthermore, it is a requirement that the person has a driver's license and is a non-smoker. I am seeking a person for a full-time position that I hope can work with me for a long time to come. An alternative to a full-time position is two people in part-time positions. Most of the working hours are scheduled during the day but include some night and weekend work. Most shifts are 13 hours long.
