Personal Assistant Sought for Man in Rönninge

We are now seeking personal assistants who wish to work as substitute staff with the possibility of a fixed schedule after a probationary period. Shifts are scheduled during daytime, evening, and nighttime. During nighttime, the assistant works awake night.

About the client and job duties:

The client, a 75-year-old man, suffered a stroke 10 years ago and uses a wheelchair. He lives in an apartment in Uttran. Due to his illness, he has paralysis on the right side and suffers from severe aphasia, which means he has very limited speech ability. It is therefore important that you have a good foundation in the Swedish language.

As a personal assistant to the client, you will play a crucial role in his daily life. You will assist the client with daily activities, which include:

• Support with hygiene routines and dressing
• Cooking and cleaning.
• Assisting with movements and activities in the home
• Help with communication
• Contribute to a safe and supportive environment

Your work is of great importance to his well-being and quality of life. Qualities that describe you are that you are responsible, patient, proactive, and empathetic. Personal maturity and life experience are valued. Both female and male applicants are considered.
