About the role

The cleaning profession with a specialization in food industry cleaning involves work in environments where food is handled, such as in the food industry and large-scale kitchens. The work places very high demands on hygiene, precision, and adherence to established routines to ensure food safety and prevent the spread of contamination.

As a food industry cleaner with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily operations. Your work directly contributes to the quality, safety, and trust of our customers. The role requires responsibility, structure, and a good understanding of the importance of correctly performed work in sensitive environments.

Job duties

The work includes, among other things:

• Cleaning and disinfection of premises, surfaces, and equipment in food environments
• Work according to established hygiene routines, quality requirements, and control programs
• Use of adapted methods and chemicals for food industry cleaning
• Preventive work to reduce the risk of contamination and spread of infection
• Janitorial work with regular customer contact
• Additional responsibility for delivery, quality, and follow-up with the customer

The work is largely performed independently and requires a structured approach and the ability to take personal responsibility.

Occasionally, work may also occur at one of our other customers.

• Have experience in cleaning work, preferably in food environments
• Have good knowledge of hygiene requirements and chemical handling

• Enjoy customer contact and representing the employer at the customer's site
• Have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
• Have basic knowledge of Swedish or English
• Hold a valid B driver's license

Previous experience in food industry cleaning is meritorious.
