Event and Marketing Coordinator for Borås City!

Do you want to work with marketing and events in the heart of Borås?

We are now looking for a structured and creative event and marketing coordinator who wants to be involved in developing the city center's activities and communication.

About the position

As an event and marketing coordinator, you will have a varied role where you combine creative work with administration and practical event support. You will work closely with your colleague to strengthen communication about the city's activities and contribute to ensuring our events are carried out in a professional and inspiring manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content on social media
• Update and develop content on the website
• Produce simpler marketing materials (digital and print)
• Administer and manage tasks related to our gift card
• Assist in planning and executing events
• Coordinate practical details for activities and campaigns

We are looking for you who

• Have an interest in marketing, communication, and events
• Are structured and have good administrative skills
• Are creative and have a sense of form and content
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Are flexible and appreciate varied work
• Experience with social media, CMS, or simpler graphic production is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

• Working hours weekdays 8 AM–5 PM, with some variation evenings and weekends during events.
