
The Pressateljén is now seeking a customer service representative/planner
Description
We are looking for a structured and service-oriented employee for a role where planning, customer contact, and quick adjustments are a natural part of everyday life. You will work in an event-driven operation where you schedule staff, book as well as reschedule and cancel customers, and be responsible for travel and time planning to and from our customers. You follow up to ensure the planning works in practice and make adjustments when conditions change.
Job Duties
- Schedule staff
- Book customers and plan travel
- Follow up on planning and adjust as needed
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers and employees
Qualifications
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing (required)
- Good computer skills
- Experience in service, planning, or administration is advantageous

- Stress-tolerant and flexible
- Structured with a good sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills

Employment Conditions
- Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–17:00, weekdays free from weekends
- Start date: according to agreement, no later than week 31
