Taxi Dispatcher/Traffic Controller

Taxi Ängelholm is expanding and is now seeking a taxi dispatcher.

We offer an 80% employment with the possibility of permanent placement.

Working hours are scheduled with shifts on days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

The tasks involve receiving and distributing orders to the company's taxi vehicles. Orders come in via digital booking systems, telephone, and several other channels.

The dispatcher's work consists of structuring, planning, and controlling the flow of driving assignments to the vehicles.

The most common way to order a taxi is still via telephone. You will therefore be a very important part of our operation and often the first point of contact between the customer and the company. The ability to express oneself well and provide good customer service is therefore of utmost importance.

Systems and working methods are highly digitalized, so computer literacy is a must.

The work requires a high ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Multilingualism is a bonus. English is a requirement.
