
Chef for Sjöstugan (temporary position)
Description
Since our regular chef is on leave, we need a chef for the rest of the season with the possibility of extension. If you are interested, please contact Erik.
We prepare traditional Swedish cuisine with an emphasis on local ingredients such as game, mushrooms, and berries. The work hours are primarily during the day, but some evenings may occur during the period.
Sjöstugan has seating for 60 people indoors and 40 seats on the outdoor terrace.
The work involves: Planning and directing the work in the kitchen. It is important to be self-sufficient and able to make your own decisions.
Qualifications: Chef, à la carte. Knowledge of special diets and vegan cuisine is advantageous.
Seasonal work temporary position March/April with the possibility of extension.

Sjöstugan in Grövelsjön is situated close to nature in the middle of the mountains in northern Dalarna. Here you will find a restaurant and café, room and cabin rentals, and camping. Please visit the website for more information.
