Medical Assistant for Vaccination Clinic and Bus - Spring and Summer 2026

Vaccine Specialist is the healthcare provider passionate about public health. We offer the small but important measures that make a big difference in the long term, such as vaccinations and health check-ups. We also provide selected medical certificates after a completed health check. We have several vaccination clinics and vaccination buses that make vaccination easier and more accessible to the public.

We are looking for you who:

• are passionate about vaccination and preventive care
• enjoy working in a clinic as well as in a vaccination bus
• thrive on advising and guiding our pleasant customers within our areas of operation
• are mindful of always providing good service and treatment that exceeds customer expectations
• are accustomed to working independently, are responsible, and confident in your professional role
• constantly want to further educate yourself in vaccination, health check-ups, and other preventive care measures
• love to have fun at work with both our wonderful customers in physical meetings, and with our awesome colleagues via digital channels
• hold a B driver's license and have driving experience. Must be able to handle driving an ambulance car and think it's delightful to drive!

Scope 20-100%. We are looking for you who wish to be with us from 6 weeks to 6 months.

Two clinics in Stockholm: Täby center and Tyresö center. Opening hours for Täby clinic: Mon-Fri 10:00-20:00, Sat 10:00-18:00, Sun 10:00-18:00. Opening hours for Tyresö clinic: Mon-Fri 10:00-20:00, Sat 10:00-17:00, Sun 11:00-17:00. During the bus season (April-Sept), we have vaccination buses rolling Mon-Sun departing from Täby Center. Work varies between clinic and bus during different seasons.

You will undergo training in vaccinations and an introduction focusing on vaccination technique and theory. Work takes place at the vaccination clinic and vaccination bus. Please note that work at the vaccination clinic occurs both independently and in a team. Hence, high demands are placed on independence and teamwork. During independent work, colleagues at other locations are available via digital tools for assistance.

We are looking for colleagues for our vaccination clinics and buses in Stockholm. Vaccine Specialist started in 2024. We are a growing company where we seek employees who want to grow with us and shape the future of preventive care!

We would like you to have studied seven semesters in the medical program.
