Project Manager at Rosengård Fastighets AB

We are now looking for a driven project manager who wants to be part of creating safe, sustainable, and attractive living environments for our tenants. About the role

As a project manager, your task is to, with high service and business acumen, be responsible for planning, procurement, and execution of projects at the right cost, quality, and time in the various areas of construction and operations.

Your main responsibilities

• Overall responsibility and project management for maintenance/ROT projects and operational projects.
• Budget and result responsibility for current projects within the management
• Be responsible for preparing decision-making materials for projects such as FFU, building permit applications, etc.
• Responsibility and follow-up of operational technical systems, fault reporting, ordering repairs/replacements
• Overall responsibility for water damage and its restoration. Gather documentation for the properties for future pipe replacements.
• Inspection of properties before project start.
• Assist the property developer in developing our model for Rosenhem renovations and apartment renovations, and also assist in negotiations with the tenants' association.
• Follow-up on collaborations with various partners and subcontractors together with property managers
• Be responsible for the development of existing properties, identify and generate ideas, concepts, etc.
• Support to colleagues regarding mainly property technical matters.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a project manager with a genuine interest in properties and people. We expect you to have broad and in-depth knowledge in project management, construction/property knowledge. You are confident in your leadership, accustomed to driving development, and thrive in a role where you get to combine business acumen with societal benefit.

Qualifications

• Education in real estate or property management
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry and documented experience in project management
• Documented experience of budget and result responsibility for projects
• Good communication skills in speech and writing and accustomed to handling customer dialogues
• Swedish and English, additional languages are meritorious
