Business Coordinator – Order & Customer Flow

We are now looking for a business-driven and structured Business Coordinator – Order & Customer Flow who wants to become a key player in our continued growth journey and ensure that our business is conducted efficiently, profitably, and with the highest quality.
Your role
You will be the hub between sales, production, and the customer.
The role involves you and the responsible business manager ensuring that the order flow works efficiently from quotation to delivery – with full control over structure, documentation, and follow-up.
You drive the operational flow and are an important partner in creating pace, clarity, and quality in our business.
Responsibilities
- Register and administer customer orders in Business Central
- Ensure that the order flow works efficiently from quotation to delivery
- Prepare pricing information and create quotations in collaboration with sales
- Be the primary contact person for operational customer inquiries
- Monitor deliveries, lead times, and ensure correct documentation
- Provide administrative support in regulatory matters (e.g., FSC, EUDR, and sustainability requirements)
- Actively contribute to developing and streamlining our administrative processes
You work closely with management and sales and are an important part of creating structure, pace, and quality in our business.
Who we are looking for

We prefer that you have:
- Experience in order management, business coordination, or customer support within B2B
- Familiarity with business systems (Business Central or similar ERP is advantageous)
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Good computer skills and an independent, structured way of working
Advantageous:
- Experience from manufacturing industry or B2B operations
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and regulations (FSC, EUDR)
