We are now looking for a department manager with a focus on fresh produce and deli, and with knowledge of kitchen and ready-made meals.

We at ICA Supermarket Kramfors are now looking for a department manager who will develop the department to new heights with exciting and inspiring displays.

The position is between 75-100%.

About the Position

We are now looking for someone with solid experience who wants to help develop our store.

A department manager who understands the big picture, sales, and profitability with the customer in focus.

You, together with the employee, work towards an inspiring department, where routines contribute to efficient working methods, profitability, and a pleasant environment.

You are:

You enjoy being active in store work and have the ability and engagement to coach the employee to achieve common goals through sales, service, and daily operations. You have a burning interest in tomorrow's opportunities and a genuine interest in food life.

You have the ability to prioritize and organize. You are not afraid of challenges and dare to think differently and innovatively.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to combine quality and efficiency in your work. If you also have experience working in operations and management groups, it is a big plus.

Qualifications

· You have solid experience in the grocery retail industry from one or more stores.

· You have experience in the role of sales leader/department manager.

· You have completed EBD, BLU, or equivalent.

· You have very good knowledge of AoB and My Store.

· You must master Swedish in speech and writing.
