About the role:
Drive Regional Business Development Strategy
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Primekss Group's activities across Sweden and the Nordics, including exploring entry into new markets.
Lead the Full Sales & Business Development Cycle
Actively generate leads, present and promote Primekss products using strong commercial arguments, negotiate contracts, close agreements, and follow up on price offers and potential projects.
Build & Maintain Strategic Client Relationships
Establish, develop, and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, prioritizing in-person meetings as best practice.
Identify Market Opportunities & Increase Market Share
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, creatively approach new and existing customers, and actively grow regional market presence.
Manage End-to-End Project Commercial Process
Handle customer requests, investigate project requirements, prepare budgets for Primekss floor products, develop optimal technical and commercial solutions, prepare price offers, contracts, invoicing, and manage overdue payments.
Ensure Proper Project Handover & Close-Out
Conduct full project preparation phases in line with Primekss project management procedures to ensure successful handover to Production, and effectively manage project closing phases after execution.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments (Production, Design, Concrete, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Marketing and others) to ensure clear communication, defined responsibilities, and smooth delivery of products and services.
Maintain Accurate CRM & Reporting
Track all sales and project activities in company CRM systems, update opportunity data daily, and monitor/report regional KPIs including revenue, profitability, growth targets, EBITDA, and market development progress.
Ensure Compliance & Documentation Management
Review, interpret, and manage project and contractual documentation in the local languages of the assigned markets.
