Customer Service Representative with a passion for customer satisfaction wanted!

We are looking for you to become part of Finnlines' customer service team in Kapellskär! Are you looking for a fun and stimulating job and want to work in an international environment? Then we are a cheerful group of colleagues looking for you!

We believe you have worked in some form of service before and enjoy helping others. You have an ability to take responsibility and prefer to see solutions instead of problems. You can easily communicate with others in both Swedish and English, and it is meritorious if you also know Finnish. No prior knowledge is required; we will train you, but you need computer skills. Otherwise, you need to be able to get here, and we recommend that you have free access to a car since the office is located in Kapellskär and it is difficult to reach by public transport.

Daily tasks include: customer service, checking in and verifying bookings, and booking incoming inquiries via email and/or phone.

Varying working hours during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

You will receive complete training for at least one week, and then you will have all the tools you need to do a good job. You will always work closely with skilled colleagues, and a responsible manager is there for you if you have any questions or need support.

The summer temp position covers June-August with the possibility of extra hours in spring/autumn.

Start date: As agreed

Salary according to collective agreement.
