E-commerce Associate

About the Position:

You will work broadly in e-commerce, order management, and logistics flows, with responsibility for ensuring efficient processes from order receipt to delivery. The role involves close collaboration with both the sales team and other internal functions to create structure, quality, and high customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Register and follow up on customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Support sales staff with order and sales administration.
• Track deliveries, identify discrepancies, and coordinate solutions.
• Work in a team with shared responsibility for goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure efficient flows and a good customer experience.
• Contribute to structuring, improving, and developing internal processes.
• Participate in developing routines related to e-commerce and logistics.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to daily operations.
