Your mission

In the role of Leasing Agent, you will handle everything from contract writing to move-ins, all from our office in Karlstad. Your workdays will be filled with meaningful tasks such as building positive tenant relationships, ensuring smooth move-ins, maintaining important contacts, and handling property management-related administration.

• Organize and lead apartment viewings
• Handle contract writing
• Manage keys for move-ins and move-outs
• Handle terminations with care
• Conduct apartment inspections
• Maintain contact with both existing and potential new tenants
• Handle communication with suppliers
• Manage property management-related administration

Who are we looking for?

To succeed and thrive as a leasing agent with us, it is important that you are curious, positive, and proactive, with a strong ability to build connections. You should have excellent social skills and be accustomed to interacting with people from different backgrounds. You have a passion for administration and properties and strive to have control over the IT systems used. You are thorough and place great importance on established routines and record-keeping.

We also wish that you have the following qualifications and experiences:

• High school education
• At least 3 years of experience in residential leasing
• Good experience working with Vitec
• Good knowledge of IT and the Office package
• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Class B driver's license
