Customer Service Representative for Tavex in Malmö

Your responsibilities:

• Receive customers in the store and inform them about our products: investment gold and silver, currency exchange, and money transfers.
• Handle payments (cash and card), issue receipts/invoices, and record transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, promotions, and investment options.
• Continuously work to prevent money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales.

Who we believe you are:

• You have completed high school education and are comfortable working with numbers.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Teams).
• You are structured, responsible, and service-oriented

Advantageous:

• Previous work experience in sales, finance, or exchange operations is a plus.
