We are now looking for a Coordinator for our office in Västerås who wants to be the hub of our administrative operations.
About the role
As a Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for the company's administrative routines and the daily functioning of the office. You work closely with the CEO and play an important role in ensuring that our internal processes are carried out efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
You have some customer contact, primarily in connection with customer visits, events, and incoming calls.
This is a broad and varied role where structure, flexibility, and accuracy are crucial.
Your main areas of work
As a Coordinator, you are responsible for the company's administrative routines and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You handle telephone and switchboard, receive customers during visits, and ensure they are met with a professional and well-organized environment.
An important part of the role is business and document management. You register and administer business documentation and ensure that documents are correctly filed, as well as scan and archive customer documentation according to current procedures. The role also involves ongoing checks according to internal guidelines. You assist advisors in securities and insurance matters by obtaining information from insurance companies and partners and performing preparatory administrative tasks.
You are also responsible for the company's digital presence through ongoing management of social media, newsletters, and the website.
The role also includes participation in planning and coordinating customer events and internal meetings. You also assist the CEO in ongoing work with compliance and anti-money laundering issues, contributing to the company meeting applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
