Polish-speaking Accounting Assistant
Description
On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a meticulous and dedicated accounting assistant. Our client is a well-established company in the industrial sector with extensive experience and a strong market position.
In the role of accounting assistant, you will have a varied position with significant personal responsibility. You will work independently with customer invoicing, accounts payable, and ongoing bookkeeping. An important part of the work involves contact with customers and subcontractors to ensure accurate invoicing documentation. In addition to the main tasks, other administrative duties may arise.
Initially, you will be employed by InLoVe Staffing AB and work as a consultant at our client company. The intention is that your employment will transition to a direct hire with the client after an agreed probationary period.
We are looking for you who:
- Have several years of experience working in accounting
- Are proficient in accounts payable and ongoing bookkeeping
- Speak Polish fluently
- Are organized, meticulous, and quality-conscious
- Thrive in a role with many points of contact and social aspects
- Are proactive and comfortable working at a fast pace
To succeed in this role, you are humble, responsible, and adapt easily to new situations. You value collaboration while being self-sufficient in your tasks.
