Property Caretaker for LUCO Property AB

Are you service-minded, handy, and want a job where no day is the same?

At LUCO, we are now seeking several on-demand property caretakers who work for various customers as needed. This is a flexible position via call-off, perfect to combine with studies, part-time jobs, or other activities.

As a property caretaker, you become LUCO's public face and the one who builds good contact with residents. The tasks are varied, and together with colleagues and property managers, you plan your work and have the opportunity to influence your daily schedule.

What you will do on call

• Perform corrective maintenance and report in IT systems
• Inspect properties and their technical installations
• Be responsible for green spaces, e.g., lawn mowing and trimming of bushes and hedges
• Weekly cleaning of common areas, such as stairwells and laundry rooms
• Keep outdoor environments and common surfaces clean and tidy
• Perform minor carpentry work and improvement measures
• Assist contractors during major maintenance
• Be responsible for issuing building keys to residents

We are looking for you who

• Have relevant education and experience in property care
• Are service-minded and enjoy contact with residents
• Are handy/technical and can handle basic maintenance and repairs
• Are social and can build good relationships with both residents and colleagues
• Have a Class B driver's license
