Work location: Home office, where you start from and then travel out to our customers in southern Sweden. Opportunity for you who want a flexible job with great personal responsibility and to grow with us as a company.

About us: We are a company with a very good reputation among our well-known customers, and we specialize in services such as warehouse automation, conveyor belts, and parcel sorting. The company has solid expertise in the field, and we provide extensive internal training. The machines we service vary, so you will receive continuous knowledge updates to solve challenges.
We handle ongoing maintenance on our customers' machines, but we also respond when machines are down or a fault occurs. You are our ambassador when meeting the customer, so your ambition is always to solve problems that arise.
About you: To successfully shoulder the role as a service technician, you need good knowledge in mechanics and electronics through education, work, or pure enthusiasm.
As a person, we prefer that you are a pronounced and flexible team player who ensures the customer is satisfied when we leave the workplace. Naturally, you have a strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
Solid knowledge of mechanics and electronics will be valued.
A B driver's license is required as travel may occur in the role. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Good knowledge of English.
Your tasks:
Responsible for preventive maintenance by systematically checking that all safety devices function correctly and are intact.
Perform thorough inspections of cables and electronic components, and conduct thermography of electrical installations to identify potential problems early.
Check all machine functions, perform necessary adjustments, clean and lubricate machines, and replace worn parts to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
When a customer reports a fault or damage, you receive the call, listen to the need, ensure production continues smoothly, and begin troubleshooting and repairing the reported fault.
Maintain continuous contact with the customer to stay updated on their needs and any upselling, and forward relevant information.
Document all actions taken and work performed thoroughly to ensure traceable history.
