Roch Services is a third-party certified testing company and a market leader in Europe for stability and strength testing of lighting poles as well as pull safety tests. Roch Services Scandinavia AB is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Our patented test method for poles provides clear, definable, and easily understandable measurement results. The method has been developed by our parent company Roch Services GmbH in Germany.

Our customers throughout the Nordic region receive detailed inspection reports with condition description, placement, and suggested actions for each individual pole. The test reports are often used as an important tool in the ongoing maintenance of lighting infrastructure.

We are seeking a test assistant / test lead

We are growing and want to expand our team! As a test lead at Roch Services, you will work on testing the strength of lighting poles using the Roch method.

The job involves extensive travel, with up to approximately 200 overnight stays per year. You work independently but are part of a team. We offer a comprehensive introduction and training in Sweden, and if needed, also in Germany, as well as development opportunities into a leading role within the company.

This position suits you if you

• Can and want to work in a team but also independently
• Understand the importance of professionalism, quality, and knowledge in the work
• Have technical or mechanical knowledge
• Are flexible and solution-oriented with a focus on customer needs
• Can travel and work in the Nordic region for extended periods, including some weekends
• Can work evenings and nights when required by the customer or traffic situation
• Can handle traffic management plans and traffic control devices and act as a traffic controller

• Education and Experience
• Driver's license B and preferably BE
• Certificate Work on the Road 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 2.2 is advantageous
• Upper secondary vocational education in machinery, technology, road maintenance, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of how accuracy affects measurement results
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English; German is advantageous
