Our facility in Norrköping produces latex for the paper industry in the Nordic region. We have been doing this in Norrköping since 1974. Your Role

As a temporary Process/Operations Technician, you are responsible for the production of Latex, from unloading raw materials, manufacturing, quality control, and shipment to the customer. You work in a shift team of 2 people in an 8-shift schedule. Monitor the process and control system, troubleshoot both in software and in the field, ensure the process runs smoothly, conduct sampling and analysis, ensure loadings occur, and document. During daytime weeks, you are responsible for certain maintenance work, unloadings, checks, and ensuring the factory is in good condition. In addition to technical insight, be able to read and understand the process control system (ABB) and the warehouse/production/shipping system (SAP).

• Have experience as an operations technician or have completed process operations technician training.
• Have experience working shifts.
• Have understanding of or experience with process control systems.
• Have technical education or equivalent competence.
• Are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have high professional pride.
• Are driven, engaged, and thrive on taking responsibility.
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Communicate well in Swedish and English.
• Have a B driver's license.
