📍 Jönköping | Travel 2–3 days/week in Sweden/Nordic countries

IM Vision Group AB is growing and is now seeking a Traveling Service Technician to join our team. We are an established company with over 15 years of experience in LED solutions and have delivered projects across Sweden, the Nordic countries, and Europe.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with modern LED solutions, travel to exciting projects, and contribute to ensuring our customers always receive a secure and professional experience.

About the role

As a Traveling Service Technician, you will work operationally at customer sites, responsible for the installation, commissioning, and service of our LED screens. You will be based in Jönköping or its vicinity, but regularly travel to projects in places such as Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and other Nordic regions.

Your tasks will include:

Installation and assembly of LED screens

Service, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site at customers

Commissioning and functional checks

Digital reporting and documentation of completed work

On-site dialogue with customers regarding functionality and handling

We are looking for you who:

Have at least 2–3 years of experience in installation, electrical work, technical work, or field service

Are practically inclined and accustomed to troubleshooting in technical environments

Are experienced in working with digital systems and reporting work digitally

Have good service orientation and are confident in customer dialogue

Speak fluent Swedish and have good English

Hold a B driver's license

Can travel 2–3 days per week, with overnight stays.

Meritorious is experience with LED, AV technology, low-voltage systems, or similar installations.
