About the employer
Sörmlandshem AB operates activities for children and young people, working based on clear structures, safety, and security. Our operations are located in the countryside just outside Katrineholm and are characterized by close collaboration between different professional roles.
Job duties
We are now looking for an IT and Security Manager with a broad range of responsibilities. The role combines technical responsibility with some operational involvement in the activities.
The job duties include, among others:
- Responsibility for IT equipment such as computers, networks, and other technical equipment
- Operation, maintenance, and development of networks and IT systems
- Security work related to IT and information management
- Responsibility for website and web development
- Management and development of social media
- IT support and technical assistance to staff
- As needed, support to treatment staff in other job duties
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with computers, IT, web development, management, and networking
- Class B driver's license
- Access to own car (the workplace is located outside central Katrineholm)
- Good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
Meritorious:
- Experience working in environments where children and young people are present
- Experience from treatment homes, HVB, or similar activities
- Education in social work or care and nursing
Personal qualities
