Who are you?

You should have good knowledge in the following: (Not all are requirements but are advantageous.)

- Computer repairs: Hardware troubleshooting for both desktop and laptop computers. Good knowledge of Windows/Mac and a broad overview of software and how it functions.

- Network technology: Configuration of modems/routers, setup and expansion of wireless networks, good knowledge of peripheral equipment and general troubleshooting of various issues that may arise in an IT home.

- Personality: You must be able to make yourself understood to customers who do not always understand technical terms. Represent the company in the best way in all situations. Social, outgoing, and driven.

A B driver's license is required.

Your primary tasks are to help individuals and small businesses with various issues they experience at home/in the workplace.

You should be able to provide comprehensive support in customers' IT homes regarding everything from network issues, printers, computers, TVs, digital boxes, consultations, etc.

You will also have an overarching responsibility to troubleshoot and fix any issues with our motto. "We don't just fix computers, we solve the customer's problems".

This requires that in addition to being skilled at working with computers, you are social and outgoing so that you can easily communicate and make yourself understood to customers of all age groups.
