Junior/Mid GRC / Security Specialist (NIS2)

You will work closely with a Senior Cybersecurity Expert and a Project Manager, focusing on gathering, structuring, and analyzing information across production units and support functions. The role includes conducting structured interviews, participating in site visits across Europe, and supporting alignment with NIS2 and ISMS frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and document structured interviews with business, IT/OT, Maintenance, and Logistics stakeholders
• Participate in site visits
• Identify and document gaps related to NIS2 and ISMS requirements
• Structure and consolidate findings in a consistent format
• Support risk-based prioritization and reporting
• Contribute to the development of action and staffing plans

Qualifications

• Experience in GRC, information security, or compliance
• Experience supporting assessments, audits, or reviews
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience conducting interviews and documenting findings
• Understanding of governance frameworks and security controls
• Fluent in English

Meriting Experience

• Knowledge of NIS2
• Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments
• Understanding of IT/OT environments
• Experience working with ISMS
