Construction Supervisor for Topiros Construction Services – Join Our Team!

We are looking for you who want to take the next step and become an important part of Topiros Construction Services department. Here, you will have the opportunity to work close to the operations, lead the team on-site, and be a central cog in our projects with authorities and other societal actors.

Since we work with assignments for various authorities, the position will require completed security clearance.

Job Description

As a construction supervisor with us, you will have a practical, varied, and responsible role where you hold together the daily work on the construction site. You lead the crew on-site, ensure that the work flows and that the projects follow the schedule, budget, and quality requirements together with the operational manager.

With us, you are the hub of the operations; you ensure that materials arrive, the team has what they need, and that the customer feels secure throughout the process.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and follow up on the daily work on-site
• Ensure quality, work environment, and that the schedule is maintained
• Participate in construction meetings
• Order materials and manage deliveries
• Support and collaborate with colleagues in the team
• Be flexible and step in where needed; we help each other out

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction supervisor in construction or a similar role
• Good knowledge of the construction process and the industry
• Are self-reliant, solution-focused, and confident in taking responsibility
• Social, organized, and good at making people feel comfortable
• Good communication skills
• B driver's license
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Desirable:

• Experience with security alarms, access systems, and door environments
• Educations/certificates such as BAS-U, Hot Work, etc.

Note:

The position requires that you can be security cleared, as we work with assignments for authorities with security requirements.
