Project Manager

As a Project Manager with us, you report to the Business Manager and have the overall business responsibility for our production group. You follow and develop our projects through all phases – from sales and startup to implementation and completion. Through your work, you ensure the highest possible profitability, satisfied customers, and a safe work environment.

You also have personnel responsibility for the production group and work to develop the team and our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales: Participate in sales work, for example through customer responsibility, review, and preparation of bids and contracts.
• Project Management: Be responsible for startup, planning, and implementation of projects with a focus on economy, time, and quality.
• Follow-up: Ensure that management systems and legal requirements are complied with, monitor economy and key performance indicators, and participate in final inspections and experience feedback.
• Customer Responsibility: Maintain good customer relationships and handle upselling, renegotiations, and contract changes.
• Resource Allocation: Be responsible for resource and role allocation within projects and departments.
• QMS Work: Ensure that quality, environmental, and work environment efforts are followed and developed according to our guidelines.

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience in project management within the construction and civil engineering industry.
• Have good knowledge in economy, contracts, and project follow-up.
• Are an engaged leader with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Have experience in customer relationships and upselling.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
