In the role of Senior Accountant at AboutValue, you will have independent responsibility for your own clients, assisting them with financial services and consultation on various finance and business-related issues.
About the Role
The role combines business management, operational work, and digital transformation and suits you if you thrive in an environment with clear responsibility, rapid pace of change, and a focus on continuous improvement.
In the role, you will project manage teams and be ultimately responsible for some of the clients' financial operations, finance and governance models. You will lead the work with reporting, budget follow-up, financial statements, and annual reports.
Work Tasks
The work tasks will include, among others:
- Independent client responsibility with a focus on ensuring high quality and delivery.
- Supporting clients in issues related to financial management.
- Project managing change and implementation work for both AboutValue and its clients.
- Developing and streamlining processes, e.g., reporting processes.
- Being involved in driving the work to digitalize processes in Business Central and Fortnox.
- Ensuring deliveries with high quality and proactive advisory – preferably with new, smart solutions where suitable.
- Supporting the organization in complex accounting issues.
- Onboarding of new clients.
- Supporting and coaching junior colleagues.

Experience and Knowledge
- Relevant academic degree in economics, accounting, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience working in accounting, controlling, or financial management, preferably from agency or consulting operations.
- Very good knowledge in accounting (K3 framework).
- Beneficial with experience in IFRS.
- Good Excel skills.
- Interest in systems, beneficial with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar complex systems.
- Highly beneficial with experience in driving change, digitalization, or implementation of business systems.
- Beneficial with experience in leading and developing finance and business management at a strategic level.
Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work 1 day per week.
Scope: Full-time, permanent with an initial probationary period.
