We are now seeking a photo lab assistant & administrator for work during our high season from mid-April to mid-December (with the possibility of potential extension).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, orderly, and has extensive computer experience.

We expect that you as an applicant have an education at least at the high school level. We also want you to have good knowledge of Office programs.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is also advantageous.

As a person, you should be a team player and have a positive attitude toward your colleagues.

We also want you as an applicant to handle the Swedish language fluently in speech and writing, as the role involves a lot of external and internal communication.

Job Duties

Your duties as a photo lab assistant administrator will consist of:

- Managing the operation of printers, photo machines, and packaging machines

- Administering image files

- Registering name and address details

- Checking incoming data

- Selecting photos

- Assisting with our graphic production

- Assisting with mail handling

- Quality controlling images

- Proofreading image captions

Your work tool is the computer, and you work in Office programs as well as the company's own programs.

Conditions

The position is part-time/full-time at approximately 70 - 100%.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday (daytime).

Some evening and weekend work may occur.

Fixed-term employment of approximately 8 months (April - December, with the possibility of potential extension).

Fixed salary (hourly wage).
