The Role – Swedish-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Agent

You will primarily work via email and support users (buyers and sellers) with questions regarding marketplace rules, payments, and disputes.

Your tasks include:

• Answering user questions via email
• Handling complaints and disputes between buyers and sellers
• Administering returns, refunds, and payment adjustments
• Processing payments and resolving discrepancies
• Monitoring suspected fraud and rule violations
• Reviewing content and ensuring publishing rules are followed
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Providing feedback on user behaviors and areas for improvement

You will become a specialist in marketplace rules, digital transactions, and online security.

Who are you?

• Fluent in Swedish
• Good knowledge of English
• Accurate and structured
• Confident in making decisions based on guidelines
• Responsible and reliable
• Interest in tech, digital marketplaces, or the sharing economy

Previous experience is meritorious – but not required.
