Supervisor / Job Coach

Job duties

In your role, you will:

• Coach and guide participants individually and in groups
• Set and work towards clear goals together with each individual
• Motivate, structure, and follow up on participants' development
• Support participants in finding jobs, internships, or education
• Write professional action plans and document efforts
• Build and maintain contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Option 1

Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 credits under the previous system). The provider determines which field of study is most suitable to achieve the goal of the position.

Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent work experience. Part-time may also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, higher vocational education, military training, and police training.

Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time equivalent work experience in one or more of the following professions or job duties:

*Supervision with personnel responsibility.

*Recruitment.

*Transition work for job seekers.

*Study and career guidance.

*Handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration).

*Work with labor and employment market issues.

*Work with social and group psychology.

*Career counseling

Foreign qualifications should be validated.
