Finderz AB is now growing rapidly and we need more employees for our team. Currently, we are looking for a supervisor/job coach in Upplands Väsby.

In the role of supervisor/job coach, you will work with the labor market program "Rusta och Matcha" where we help and guide those who are outside the labor market to get closer to working life. Our goal is to help participants into employment through workshops, coaching, and guidance.

You are good at building relationships with people, you are goal-oriented and driven by achieving results. We appreciate your sales personality.

Your tasks:

• Together with the participant, plan, follow up, and supervise in various activities towards employment/studies.

• Keep focus on the fastest path to employment/studies.

• Administer and write follow-ups/reports.

• Manage contacts with the Employment Service and with companies.

• Be a good representative of the company.

• Conduct group activities and seminars.

• Hold recruitment fairs and candidate meetings.

• Work with recruitment tools such as social media to smoothly market our participants to employers.

Competence requirements (option 1)

Education:

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)

Work experience:

At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Competence requirements (option 2)

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or several of the following occupations or tasks:

Supervision with personnel responsibility

Recruitment

Transition work for job seekers

Study and career guidance

Handling personnel matters (not only personnel administration)

Work with labor and labor market issues

Work with social and group psychology

Career guidance

Interviews are conducted continuously and the position may be filled before the last application date.
