Equipment Rental Agent/Customer Service Representative

Rental Agent for Newly Established Equipment Rental in Älmhult

We are now establishing a new business in equipment rental in Älmhult and are seeking a service-oriented and engaged rental agent who wants to be part of building the business from the start.

As a rental agent with us, you will have a central role with daily contact with both private and business customers. We value your personality, service mindset, and willingness to learn more than previous experience with equipment. The right attitude and engagement are the most important.

Work Tasks

• Customer reception in store, via phone and digital channels

• Booking, dispatch and receipt as well as inspection of equipment and tools

• Administration in booking systems

• Planning and coordination of rentals

• Ensuring high service level and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Good social skills and service-oriented work approach

• Ability to professionally handle different types of customers

• Responsible, structured and solution-oriented

• Basic computer skills

• Class B driver's license is required.

Previous experience from rental operations, construction industry or similar is advantageous but not required. Internal training will be provided.
